SUMMER READING CELEBRATION AND TIE-DYE T-SHIRT MAKING

When: Saturday, August 12, 10-noon
Where:  Gibson Park Bandshell

Audience:  Kids, teens, and their families
Please help kids under 8 make their tie-dye t-shirts.

What:  Congratulations on all your reading this summer! All the fantastic kids and teens who earned at least one prize for their reading this summer are invited to make a free tie-dye t-shirt! Library staff will take the shirts home and wash them.

Pick up your tie-dye t-shirt in Kids’ Place between Saturday, August 19 and Saturday, September 2. Shirts not picked up by 6pm on September 2 may be donated.
The winners of our big Summer Reading prizes (a Nintendo Switch OLED for teens, an LED Razor Scooter for elementary readers 5-12, and a tri-wheel scooter for little ones birth to 5) will be announced at 11am! Don’t worry-you don’t need to be present to win!
