Picture Book Workshop for young writers 8-12 and their parents/guardians
Create your own picture book for the Library’s collection! Together, we will brainstorm, write, draw, and share constructive feedback. Each participant’s original picture book will be bound and returned to them after the program. A copy will be available to circulate at the Kids’ Place desk. A light lunch will be served.
Although children over 8 are allowed to use the Library without supervision, we ask that a parent or caregiver attend this workshop with each child to actively support their writing process.
