SUMMER READING KICKOFF PARTY

When: Friday, June 2, 12:30 – 3:00

Where:  Great Falls Public Library, Cordingley Room (basement)

Audience:  Kids and teens of all ages and their families

What:  Celebrate Great Falls Public Schools’ last day and the start of Summer Reading by decorating a free tote bag and getting signed up for Summer Reading.

Our Summer Reading Incentive Program rewards kids and teens birth to 18* with a prize for every 5 hours they read all summer long. Track your reading using our Beanstack app or a paper log.

Teens 12 to 18* are invited to sign up for a Library Loot Box stuffed with hand-selected books, treats, and prizes. Teens who signed up for their Loot Boxes by May 17 can pick them up at the Circulation Desk starting today, June 2.

*Students over 18 who will be enrolled in high school or life skills programs in the 2023-2024 school year are also invited to sign up for a Library Loot Box and to earn prizes through the Summer Reading Incentive Program.
