In-Person Programs are Back!

We are so excited to announce that in-person programs are beginning again starting July 1, with a collaboration between the library and Cassiopeia Books to host author and award-winning teacher Jean O’Connor. Ms. O’Connor will be speaking about her book, The Remarkable Cause.

The Remarkable Cause: A Novel of James Lovell and the Crucible of the Revolution Author talk with Jean O’Connor co-hosted by Cassiopeia Books
July 1, 7pm Location: Cassiopeia Books, 606 Central Ave
Inspiredward-winning  high school English teacher Jean O’Connor researched this story using letters, journals, and documents written by James Lovell and his contemporaries.  Ms. O’Connor includes images from early newspapers and pictures to bring the story to life.


Music in the Library Park on Tuesday evenings will kick off July 6 at 7pm with local crooning cowboys Pollo Loco!

Kids’ Place programs will be In-Person starting with a Storytime at 10:30 on Wednesday, July 7.

Wednesdays at 10:30 In-person Storytime the Library!

Wednesday, July 14, Special Doggie Storytime with Canine Companions for Independence.

Fridays at 10:30 through July 9th, Toddler Time on Facebook Live then starting Fridays at 10:30 July 16, In-person Toddler Time at the Library!

The current Dungeons and Dragons group campaign is meeting online at 4pm on Saturdays, and will move to meeting in person on July 10th.
