Meeting Room Space
As a public service, the Great Falls Public Library provides meeting space, which may include indoor and outdoor facilities for meetings and programs of an informational, educational, cultural, or civic nature. Along with the use of these spaces for library programs, they are also available for general public use. These spaces include the Cordingley Room, which can seat up to 100 people, a small meeting room that can seat up to 10 people, and the Library Park, which is located behind the library, for outdoor events.
If groups or members of the general public are interested in conducting community programs that meet the above criteria, these spaces are available on a first-come, first serve basis. Groups or individuals using these spaces independently (that is not library-sponsored events) are responsible for organizing, administering, and advertising of the event. There is no charge for use of any of these spaces unless the individual or group is charging admission or selling goods or services, which must be approved in advance.
The Great Falls Public Library welcomes and encourages a wide variety of topics and viewpoints in order to promote a well-informed community.
Meeting rooms are available to individuals and groups on a first-come first-served basis. Use of meeting space does not imply endorsement or support by the library for a group's activities or beliefs.
Users must make reservations in advance and sign a contract. Rooms may be reserved up to three months in advance.
